These machines are an pollution free substitute to acidic descaling prior to further drawing. Available in two basic variants -

1. Bright bar :This is a single blast wheel machine suitable for round and hex bars only. The component is rotated spirally as it passes through the blast cabinet, the blast wheel cleans the bar from all sides and comes out of the exit conveyor.

2. Bar & section :This is a three blast wheel arrangement all located at 120 degrees to each other. The bars could be flat / square / any custom made section that are conveyed on roller conveyors and the blast stream from the three blast wheels descales it. This arrangement when used with a coiler and uncoiler can be used for offline cleaning wire bar to be fed to Schumac machines.
